Cancellation Policy – Cafe Saffron Sips & Stays

At Cafe Saffron Sips & Stays, we value every guest and strive to offer the best hospitality experience. However, due to limited room availability and high demand during peak seasons, we follow a strict cancellation policy to ensure fairness and operational efficiency.

  1. Booking Confirmation:
    • A booking is confirmed only after full or partial advance payment is received.
    • Guests are requested to retain the payment receipt or confirmation email for reference.
  2. Cancellation Terms:
    • No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date.
    • Cancellations made between 7–15 days prior to check-in will be eligible for a 50% refund of the advance amount.
    • Cancellations made more than 15 days in advance will be eligible for a full refund, after deducting transaction charges (if any).
  3. No-show Policy:
    • If the guest fails to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
  4. Early Checkout:
    • No refund will be provided for early checkouts under any circumstances.
  5. Date Change / Rescheduling:
    • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days in advance.
    • Only one date change is allowed per booking, and the new dates must fall within 3 months of the original check-in date.
  6. Credit Voucher Option:
    • In case of unavoidable cancellations (due to emergency or natural calamities), guests may request a credit voucher instead of a refund.
    • Vouchers will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue and are non-transferable.
